Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • At least 5 years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Proficiency with styling tools like TailwindCSS or CSS-in-JS solutions
  • Solid experience with server-side technologies such as Scala, Java, Node.js, or Python
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Experience bridging frontend and backend systems, including API design, data flow optimisation, and end-to-end feature development
  • Strong foundation in unit testing, clean code practices, SOLID principles, and software design patterns
  • Proficiency with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with Hexagonal software architecture and distributed systems architecture
  • (Preferred) Experience with other engineering fields such as Data Engineering
