Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of Deel’s platform
  • Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic
  • Create client-side React components, hooks, stories, and tests
  • Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres
  • Build reusable and modular components on both the front and back end
  • Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
  • Stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools
