Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of Deel’s platform
Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic
Create client-side React components, hooks, stories, and tests
Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres
Build reusable and modular components on both the front and back end
Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
Stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools
