Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of frontend development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, and solid system design capabilities are essential. Experience with at least one mainstream frontend framework (Vue/React/Angular), deep knowledge of componentization and state management (Vuex/Pinia, Redux), and familiarity with build tools like Webpack/Vite/Rollup are required. Proven experience in frontend architecture design for complex business scenarios, including independently resolving cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility, and performance issues, is necessary. Strong coding standards, experience with unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are also required. Experience in payment-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Frontend Engineer will lead the development, refactoring, and optimization of core frontend projects, driving frontend engineering, modularization, and componentization. Responsibilities include designing and implementing complex business requirements to ensure high-performance and maintainable frontend solutions, continuously optimizing page performance, interaction experience, and accessibility, and resolving complex performance bottlenecks. The role involves close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality requirements, contributing to the company’s frontend technical ecosystem with shared component libraries, coding standards, scaffolding tools, and CI/CD processes. Additionally, the engineer will mentor and guide team members, share frontend expertise, and improve overall development efficiency.
