Requirements

8+ years of professional experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer in a product-focused environment
Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React.js
Significant experience with the latest web standards, including a passion for crafting thoughtful CSS animations that enhance user experience without compromising performance
Good experience working with design systems (using tools like Storybook), and a deep understanding of how to maintain consistency and efficiency across large applications
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a feature from concept to launch and demonstrating a strong focus on detail and UX
A product mindset—you care about the why behind what you’re building and optimizing for user impact
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A keen eye for detail and a sense of pride in crafting great user experiences
Nice to have: Experience working in early-stage startups or small teams
Nice to have: Passion for the hospitality space and interest in improving tools for small businesses

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers and PMs to translate user needs into working, intuitive product experiences
Own projects from concept to launch and beyond, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
Help evolve our codebase and technical architecture as we scale
Improve application performance and ensure high reliability and stability of the user interface
Contribute to shared tooling, component libraries, and best practices that level up the whole team
