Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar (preferred)
5+ years of industry experience developing web applications
Deep understanding of JavaScript
Must be experienced with React
Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, C#, and others is an advantage
Experience with large-scale, cloud-based web applications
Proven experience in the architecture of design systems and components
All-around player, fast learner, and self-motivated individual
Excellent communication and teamwork skills (verbal and written in English)

Responsibilities

Be a major part of Gong's frontend guild, collaborating with Frontend developers from all company teams
Tackle complex technical challenges across architecture, code, and product levels
Be the owner of the features you develop, collaborating with product and UX teams from initial thinking and wireframes to production
Participate in architecture huddles to influence future decisions about code and best practices
Continuously learn and develop new skills through professional lectures and workshops (provided by Gong)
Contribute to the development of a successful SaaS product that performs, scales, is easy to use, and creates a significant impact
