Requirements

  • Educational and professional background as a Financial Analyst
  • Professional experience working in the finance team of a global company
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including Google spreadsheets and slides
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively present ideas to different departments
  • Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Understanding of the high level of accuracy needed for the role, and executing with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual, showing initiative to improve processes
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Knowledge of EPM Oracle is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their financial needs and challenges
  • Managing the Oracle PR process, including monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests
  • Collaborating closely with multiple teams in the headquarters in Israel, including FP&A, Accounting and Bookkeeping departments
  • Preparing and analyzing forecasts monthly
  • Executing month close processes, including mass POs upload, reconciliations and analysis of Budget vs Actual performance
  • Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
  • Contributing to the timely, complete, accurate and consistent preparation of monthly ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to optimization of the existing FP&A processes
  • Participating in the annual budgeting process
