Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and SaaS business metrics (e.g., ARR, gross margin, CAC, LTV)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency with Tableau, including dashboard creation and data source management
  • FP&A software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who can build strong relationships across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Transform raw data into meaningful financial insights using expertise in data manipulation and visualization
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key business drivers, financial results, and KPIs (e.g., ARR, churn, LTV/CAC) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to the leadership team and board of directors
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial planning processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle various ad-hoc projects and analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning
