Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations by providing insights, evaluating business cases, and guiding performance management to help achieve business targets
  • Build cross-functional relationships and operate with a business-owner mindset—taking initiative, solving problems, and driving results through proactive financial leadership
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of actuals, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across planning cycles
  • Develop financial models, identify risks and opportunities, and support scenario planning to enable strategic decision-making
  • Lead financial reporting and insight generation by developing management packs, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses, while continuously improving tools and translating complex data into actionable business insights
  • Support Sales leadership with territory alignment, quota planning, pipeline forecasting, and sales compensation modeling, while developing performance dashboards and KPIs using tools like Power BI
  • Manage standard cost setting and monthly inventory close processes in coordination with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams
  • Utilize financial systems like SAP and Hyperion for data analysis and ensure alignment on accounting treatment and compliance
