Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Six (6) years in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, SAP (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with creating and presenting to senior leaders (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a fully competent, experienced professional and subject matter expert in the field
  • Identify financial risks and collaborate on strategies to mitigate them
  • Solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions to Treasury process and technology related challenges
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations, while acting as a resource for less experienced financial analysts
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Actively seek and implement ways to enhance processes, systems, or automation to provide more time for in-depth analysis and commentary
  • Lead Treasury projects or participate in Treasury aspects within cross-organizational projects
  • Develop strong relationships with key business partners
  • Monitor and/or develop KPIs to proactively identify and communicate financial and business risks to internal and external business partners
