Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Six (6) years in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, SAP (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with creating and presenting to senior leaders (preferred)

Responsibilities

Act as a fully competent, experienced professional and subject matter expert in the field
Identify financial risks and collaborate on strategies to mitigate them
Solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions to Treasury process and technology related challenges
Identify business process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of best practices
Work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations, while acting as a resource for less experienced financial analysts
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
Actively seek and implement ways to enhance processes, systems, or automation to provide more time for in-depth analysis and commentary
Lead Treasury projects or participate in Treasury aspects within cross-organizational projects
Develop strong relationships with key business partners
Monitor and/or develop KPIs to proactively identify and communicate financial and business risks to internal and external business partners
