Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems; exposure to BI tools strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Provide financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives
  • Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with operational and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Support audit activities, internal controls, and compliance processes
  • Develop and enhance financial systems, tools, and workflows to improve reporting efficiency
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis for business cases, member programs, and organizational initiatives
