Senior Financial Analyst

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote Base Pay Range: $81,360 - $111,870 (Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation)


Position Overview

Procore is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a highly visible role where you will develop, analyze, and communicate complex financial insights to support strategic decision-making by business leaders and executives. You will build strong working partnerships across the organization by leveraging your analytical and interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, hands-on approach. This position reports to the Manager of Financial Planning and can be based in a remote U.S. location.


Responsibilities

  • Lead equity forecasting and budgeting on a quarterly basis, including Grant Date Fair Value, Stock-Based-Compensation, and share count metrics.
  • Prepare Quarterly Financial Review presentations, consolidating business inputs, identifying key quarterly narratives, and performing trend analysis.
  • Assist in monthly consolidation of financial forecasts, analyzing expense variances, and crafting succinct narratives for leadership in forecast review meetings.
  • Manage corporate-level expense forecasting, including payroll taxes, 401k contributions, and employee perks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc scenario modeling for senior finance leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software.
  • Experience with Financial Management systems such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct, Netsuite, or Coupa.
  • Proven experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leaders.
  • A driven and humble attitude, with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Ability and desire to take initiative and navigate ambiguity in a high-growth SaaS organization.
  • Enjoyment in leading and participating in critical projects that influence department and company-wide decisions.
  • Ability to provide expertise to the FP&A team, mentoring junior staff to reach their full potential.
  • Variable compensation and forecasting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
