Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS or MS degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the high-tech electronics industry, specifically in system design or technical customer support, is required. The role demands the ability to excel in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication in English is essential for collaborating with management and engineering teams. Experience with ARM and NVIDIA GPU development, proficiency in C/C++ and Python, knowledge of Embedded Linux Systems and APIs, experience with OEMs in industrial, military, and ruggedized computing, and an in-depth understanding of CPU architecture are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Field Applications Engineer will act as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products, supporting sales teams to achieve design wins. Responsibilities include building technical relationships with key customer personnel, identifying customer architectures and product requirements to implement NVIDIA solutions, and performing frequent on-site travel to resolve hardware and software issues. The role involves managing products throughout their lifecycle, developing technical solutions with demos and system designs, providing technical and sales training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Local presence in Guadalajara is strongly preferred.
