A Master's degree or higher in electronics or related engineering fields (or equivalent experience) and 8-10 years of proven experience in Failure Analysis or related fields are required. Proficiency in basic electrical engineering and testing, transistor device physics, silicon device analysis, sophisticated CMOS manufacturing/processes, circuit analysis, and automated test equipment (ATE) is also needed.

Proficiency in sophisticated backside analysis techniques, experience in analog circuit design, PLLs, system-level testing/validation, and familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, Python/Perl, or C/C++ will help you stand out.
