Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in SAP MM with extensive knowledge in procurement, inventory management, Articles management, listing, and assortments
Knowledge/experience in SAP IS-RETAIL is an advantage
Proven functional consulting experience with at least 1 system implementation project
Strong knowledge of finance processes
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Think in business, processes, and customer-oriented terms
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and opinions to stakeholders
Ideally, initial experience in S/4HANA transformation projects or interest in building up relevant expertise
Independent and committed way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills in analyzing problems to identify possible solutions

Responsibilities

Support Zalando Group in the implementation and management of new/existing business processes and provide broad support in SAP MM and integration with other SAP components (e.g., FI, CO, SD)
Contribute to support provided by SAP Retail team to stakeholders in different business units across end-to-end processes (P2P, R2R, etc.), managing inventories and logistics in 45 warehouses and return centers across 17+ countries
Responsible for areas related to materials management (procurement, MRP and replenishment processes, FIORI, and Inventory management)
Oversee projects and change requests (estimate effort, solution design, documentation, implementation, tests, and support for go-live)
Responsible for process and implementation consulting in the design and development of solutions fulfilling business requirements within SAP S/4 HANA
As an innovation driver, think ahead to customer needs and actively contribute to the continuous development of the team’s portfolio
Analyse stakeholders’ requirements and participate in designing functional activities
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the area of SAP S/4 HANA
Support the acquisition and further development and expansion of business units
Process incidents and other requests from stakeholders and continuously monitor and maintain the system
