Advanced subject matter knowledge as a SUSE Rancher Expert
Experience implementing, managing, and optimizing container orchestration and Kubernetes infrastructure using Rancher
Ability to design and implement Rancher-based solutions
Skills in performance optimization, troubleshooting complex issues, and automating deployment pipelines
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure
Knowledge of best practices for containerized applications
Ability to apply advanced expertise to solve complex business issues, lead functional project teams, and provide direction on process improvements

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Rancher to manage Kubernetes clusters
Configure and manage multi-cluster environments, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization
Automate the deployment of Kubernetes clusters and associated resources using Rancher
Ensure integration of Rancher with existing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging systems
Oversee Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, including creation, scaling, upgrades, and decommissioning
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes clusters, networking, storage, and workloads
Implement solutions for high availability, scalability, and security in container orchestration infrastructure
Lead the design and implementation of Rancher-based solutions and contribute to performance optimization and automation of deployment pipelines
