Proven track record delivering and owning complex React/TypeScript features at scale
Strength in front-end performance, accessibility (WCAG), and design system architecture
Comfortable designing and working with services/APIs (Node/TypeScript or Ruby services, REST APIs)
Strong product instincts and communication; can break down ambiguity and drive alignment
Nice to have: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, analytics/reporting UX, experimentation, data viz libraries, GraphQL and REST API design

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex reporting features and visualization workflows
Set technical direction for front-end architecture, performance, accessibility, and reliability
Partner with product, design, data, and backend to define scope, sequence work, and ship incrementally
Elevate engineering quality: testing strategy, observability, CI/CD hygiene, and design system contributions
Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and design docs; contribute to a healthy engineering culture
