Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer in an agile development environment is required, along with advanced mastery of technologies such as TypeScript, React (hooks), Node.js, and ES6. Candidates should also have advanced knowledge of cloud and web concepts, including HTTP/S, cloud deployments, containers, and SaaS integrations. An entrepreneurial mindset and strategic architectural design thinking are essential, as well as the ability to make informed tradeoff decisions regarding work scoping and technical debt.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineer will lead a team of full stack engineers while engaging in hands-on technical work. They will set goals, define tasks, and manage timelines to execute the project roadmap. Collaboration with the founding team, product/design, and customers will be crucial to build the Trust Platform. Additionally, the engineer will take an active role in hiring for their team and contribute to the growth of the platform by developing the web app that serves over 1,000 SaaS vendors.
