Responsibilities

Help define human collaboration with intelligent AI systems in property management
Shape the technical foundation of the AI platform for autonomous execution of workflows
Lead critical system rewrites, including rebuilding the onboarding/configuration system to be self-serve
Architect scalable foundations and establish technical standards for the engineering organization
Create robust analytics infrastructure to measure AI performance
Reimagine the integration framework to connect seamlessly with customer systems
Build sophisticated systems powering the AI leasing agent and self-serve experiences for rapid customer onboarding
Reduce manual engineering overhead and enable rapid scaling of the customer base
Work at the intersection of LLM technology and practical business applications
Report to the VPE and serve as a cornerstone of the engineering organization
