  • Architect scalable foundations and establish technical standards for the engineering organization
  • Create robust analytics infrastructure to measure AI performance
  • Reimagine the integration framework to connect seamlessly with customer systems
  • Build sophisticated systems powering the AI leasing agent and self-serve experiences for rapid customer onboarding
  • Reduce manual engineering overhead and enable rapid scaling of the customer base
  • Work at the intersection of LLM technology and practical business applications
  • Report to the VPE and serve as a cornerstone of the engineering organization
