Senior Engineering Director, Plant Development

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university, and possess a minimum of five years of experience in an Electrical Engineering role. They should demonstrate strong technical proficiency, analytical skills, and proficiency in computer skills, along with a working knowledge of technical codes/standards and engineering best practices within the upstream oil and gas industry, including API RPs. Furthermore, a pre-employment background screen and drug test are required.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will train and mentor non-electrical engineers, provide support for updating technical standards, prepare electrical specifications, coordinate and manage electrical design and installation of power systems, interpret and disseminate electrical code requirements, analyze power data, and develop practices to support the growing electrical needs of the company. They will also interface with business units at all levels, travel as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
