Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize global scientific content needs for internal (e.g., Field Medical, Health Systems) and external stakeholders (e.g., HCPs)
  • Ensure scientific content planning aligns with Madrigal Medical Affairs strategies, Scientific Communication platforms, and training plans
  • Create and execute the annual global scientific content plan, including tactics, interdependencies, ownership, and budget
  • Oversee creation, adaptation, and distribution of global content across channels for consistent scientific exchange
  • Support development of comprehensive content strategies leveraging digital/omnichannel approaches within compliance
  • Ascertain scientific accuracy, stakeholder relevance, and appropriateness of content formats
  • Champion scientific rigor and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure alignment of content with global scientific training programs for field medical and other stakeholders
  • Gather insights from training evaluations (metrics and feedback) to inform content improvements
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the team (~60% effort on direction and strategic adaptation; ~40% on execution)
