Candidates must be a Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with over 10 years’ post-qualified experience, have strong existing relationships with Hong Kong/China developers, be fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin, be meticulous in report preparation, willing to train subordinates, and proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
