Requirements

Seasoned physician with a strong clinical background
Expertise in clinical development
Highly accomplished in the development and execution of clinical projects
Scientific rigor and meticulous attention to detail
Passion for drug development and commitment to advancing new therapies to patients
Minimum of 3 days per week onsite presence (or more as needed) in either New Jersey or New York offices

Responsibilities

Design and conduct early-stage or late-stage clinical development trials
Assess clinical safety and efficacy data
Perform medical monitoring
Manage other study-related clinical activities
Work closely with biomarker, discovery, and translational research scientists
Interpret reports and prepare oral and written results of product research
Participate in discussions of strategies within Eikon’s focus disease areas
Collaborate with Clinical Science and other relevant functions within Eikon and potential partners, including discovery, translational, and biomarker research scientists, toxicologists, clinical pharmacologists, drug safety specialists, regulatory representatives, and global clinical operations personnel
Establish strong working relationships with external study investigators, key opinion leaders, and external alliance partners
Lead clinical development studies within the Oncology pipeline
