Requirements

Passion for craftsmanship and building design systems that developers and designers adore
Thrive in a performance-obsessed culture
Experience with design tokens, theming strategy, accessibility standards, and visual language across web, desktop, and mobile
Proficiency in React, Web Components, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite, NextJS, Jest, Cypress, Playwright
Familiarity with Storybook, Chromatic, Figma API, and related tooling

Responsibilities

Architect & evolve the design system: own design tokens, theming strategy, accessibility standards, and visual language across web, desktop, and mobile
Build modular, versioned component libraries: deliver React + Web Component packages that power both the core app and customer-embedded micro-frontends
Create world-class tooling: advance Storybook, Chromatic, and Figma plugin workflows so every contributor can prototype, test, and ship quickly
Drive adoption & governance: author guidelines, run reviews, and partner with engineering & UX to ensure consistency at warp speed
Scale data-driven UI patterns: design configurable layouts and visualization primitives that render billions of rows without compromising Core Web Vitals
Coach & mentor: level up engineers and designers on system thinking, accessibility, and performance-first development
