A Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience in product development, systems engineering, verification/validation, or closely related engineering roles are required.
Preferred qualifications include working knowledge of requirements and verification practices for complex systems, experience with requirements management tools like Jama, SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts, and knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and medical device design control practices.
You'll join a collaborative, cross-functional R&D group working on capital systems and smart connected devices used in operating rooms, collaborating across R&D, quality, manufacturing, and clinical stakeholders.
Strong candidates demonstrate the ability to own and prioritize work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with diverse team members, and clear communication of system concepts to cross-functional partners.
