Requirements

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience working with data as a data scientist or analyst in an applied business context. They must possess deep experience with data visualization, professional experience with statistics and analytical techniques, and experience with experiment design and hypothesis testing in small n experiments. Expertise in product lifecycle, converting product experience into a growth analytics framework, executive communication skills, and deep understanding of Product analytics stacks (Heap, Amplitude, StatSig, client stride tracking, browser mechanics) and Go to Market data stacks (Salesforce, Hubspot, Catalyst, Zendesk) are also required. Experience working within Product Teams, leading executive data reviews, and delivering change management with BI tooling is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will write DBT SQL pipelines to automate and manage data assets in Snowflake for product partners. They will conduct statistical analysis of product usage and engagement data using Python/R with Hex.tech and find insights in customer journeys using Sigma Computing. Responsibilities include conducting and managing business-enhancing analytical projects, defining and predicting churn, specifying and building products, setting the bar for predictive analytics projects, defining the analytics practice for Product Analytics, and helping craft AI and LLM measurement practices. The role also involves leading Analytics Reviews with C-level partners.
