Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and ideally have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools. Familiarity with data modeling techniques and experience with modern data stacks like dbt is highly desirable.
The Senior Data Analyst will translate complex data into actionable business insights, analyze business performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain scalable data models using tools like dbt and SQL, create dashboards and reports to communicate results to stakeholders, collaborate with business teams on strategic initiatives, and design efficient data structures for both ad-hoc analysis and automated reporting. They will also conduct deep-dive analyses to understand business performance, develop hypotheses, present findings to stakeholders, and partner with business teams to define KPIs.
