  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, program management, or a related role, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated experience with data analytics, log analysis, or managing large/complex data sets
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, CISSP, or similar) are a plus; certification required in some areas
  • Ability to operate autonomously, guide others, and lead moderate-sized projects with strategic value

  • Regular interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner for legacy Identity Provider components, developing and executing strategies for their deprecation and retirement
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure legacy systems are phased out with minimal disruption
  • Use log analysis and data analytics to identify applications and clients dependent on legacy IAM components
  • Engage with application owners to understand their use cases, requirements, and constraints
  • Develop and manage migration roadmaps, ensuring timely and effective adoption of modern IAM solutions
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing technical debt reduction with business value
  • Maintain a clear product vision and backlog, aligning with organizational strategy and compliance needs
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze large and complex data sets (e.g., authentication logs, access patterns) to inform migration priorities and measure success
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track migration progress and legacy system usage
  • Ensure all migration and retirement activities adhere to company security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • Support incident response and risk assessment activities related to IAM systems
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine IAM solutions and migration processes
  • Stay current with industry trends in identity, access management, and data analytics
