Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-10 years of corporate legal experience
- Preferred: Insurance/financial services industry experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and board administration
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal research
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive in project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. entity registrations, licenses, and annual reports
- Prepare insurance regulatory filings and liaise with state regulators
- Support financial reporting, independent auditors, and corporate governance initiatives
- Assist with M&A transactions, including NDAs, document preparation, and post-merger integration
- Coordinate U.S. Board of Directors meetings, including agenda preparation, resolutions, and minutes
- Maintain corporate records and implement governance best practices
- Provide support to investment management counsel and transactional matters
