Leiten und koordinieren eigenverantwortlich ISMS-Implementierungsprojekte (ISO 27001, TISAX, BSI-Grundschutz)
Entwickeln von Projektplänen, Definieren von Meilensteinen und Strukturieren von Arbeitspaketen für komplexe Sicherheitsprojekte
Steuern und Managen von Stakeholdern auf Geschäftsführungs- und Vorstandsebene
Führen und Koordinieren interdisziplinärer Projektteams – intern wie extern
Übernehmen proaktives Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement in Multi-Projekt-Umgebungen
