Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of experience in clinical operations consulting, with a strong preference for experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience leading the design and roll-out of innovative software solutions is essential. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex implementations are also required.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead life science customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Clinical Operations suite of applications, including eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments. This includes managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and requirements gathering to configuration, validation, migration, training, and go-live activities. You will guide customers through successful implementations, ensuring alignment of processes and focusing on customer success and adoption. Additionally, you will mentor project teams and consultants, serve as the primary customer liaison, and manage communication and risks between stakeholders.
