Requirements

5+ years of experience with 5-axis CNC mill programming
Experience with DMG 5-axis machines
Experience machining aluminum, stainless, titanium, or Inconel
Ability to utilize power tools, hand tools, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment (nice to have)
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs unassisted (nice to have)
Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time (nice to have)
Must be available and willing to work overtime when needed (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Program, set-up, and operate 5-axis DMG CNC mills to post-machine complex metal 3D printed parts with extreme precision and high-throughput
Take part in process improvement projects and help in constantly improving machine shop operations
Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or schematics under tight tolerances
Deburr and wash/clean finished parts
Manually inspect parts using tools such as micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators
Perform machine preventative maintenance and manage cutting fluid
