Responsibilities

  • Engage in site visits from selection to close-out to ensure study success
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for study subjects
  • Provide training and maintain communication with sites to keep them aligned and motivated
  • Evaluate and enhance site practices to ensure adherence to protocols and regulations
  • Monitor all aspects of the study, including regulatory submissions and data query resolutions
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure all site documents are properly kept
  • Collaborate with the team to support project execution and drive success
  • Oversee site financials and ensure timely invoice retrieval
