Active Florida 520 or 620 All-Lines Adjuster License
Strong background in property and casualty insurance and claims handling
Proficiency in investigations, liability assessment, and negotiation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with automated claims systems; proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong presentation, writing, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and exercise sound judgment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Conduct onsite investigations and evaluate liability exposure
Manage and resolve claims involving guests and attorneys, including negotiation and settlement
Deliver presentations and training to Resort leaders; contribute to department goals and initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and manage confidential information with discretion
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including after-hours incident response as needed
