Requirements

  • Sold tech products, ideally API solutions or traditional Correspondent Services via Swift, to banks or large enterprises in Europe, with proven end-to-end high-impact partnership delivery
  • Hands-on approach: able to lead own discussions and support others with their pipelines
  • Comfortable helping partners solution the best use of Wise Platform as well as discussing commercial and legal terms
  • Analytical and data-driven in prioritizing team time and scoping/sizing opportunities
  • Strong understanding of economics, capable of owning and supporting financial negotiations with partners
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic about helping customers and delivering on Wise's mission
  • Familiar with the regulatory landscape in Europe and how international payments work
  • Desirable

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Wise Platform team to build, maintain, and close a strong pipeline of partnerships with banks in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Create and communicate strategy and plan for partnership growth in the region
  • Work on projects to improve sales processes and approaches regionally and globally (e.g., iterating pitches and messaging, pricing strategies, go-to-market efforts)
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to share prospect feedback, guide product roadmap, and improve end-customer experience
