Requirements
Top student in your first year of an MBA program (2027 Graduates – MBA)
At least 3 years of professional working experience prior to enrolling in an MBA program
Excellent visionary, strategic, and fearless leadership skills
Strong teamwork, analytical skills, and problem solving with a bias for action to drive innovation and brand growth

Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership: Learn to be the CEO of your brand by taking on an active strategic role. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand equity and drive category growth, ensuring brands resonate with consumers at every touchpoint
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and inspire multi-functional teams to bring brand initiatives to life, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market insights to inform brand strategies, understand trends, and analyze consumer behavior, ensuring decisions are grounded in actionable insights
