Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of Solidity or equivalent smart contract programming
  • Proven track record in building, testing, and deploying complex, production-grade smart contracts using toolchains such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Remix
  • Strong programming skills in one or more general-purpose languages such as Go, Rust, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, or Kotlin
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational efficiency
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, design principles, and modern engineering processes
  • Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code that balances simplicity and scalability
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum architecture, including its execution model, transaction lifecycle, and core components
  • Practical knowledge of the Institutional DeFi ecosystem — lending/borrowing protocols, AMMs, perpetuals, vaults, tokenization, and stablecoins
  • Experience building off-chain services and integrations that interact with web3 protocols using libraries such as ethers.js or web3.js
  • Self-starter with curiosity and drive to continuously improve
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to operate in distributed teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and services built on blockchain infrastructure
  • Build, test, and deploy secure smart contracts for Institutional Grade protocols (primarily in Solidity)
  • Debug, profile, and optimize on-chain and off-chain components
  • Integrate blockchain data and transactions into enterprise-grade systems
  • Develop tooling and automation scripts for blockchain operations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Keep abreast of evolving blockchain protocols, tooling, and standards
