Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialed with at least 2 years of experience as a BCBA, and experience supervising other BCBAs is strongly preferred. They should possess exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter adaptable to change, adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations, and have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Furthermore, they must be physically able to work on the floor with children while providing therapy, possess reliable transportation, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check, and have access to computers and tablets for extended periods of time.
As a Senior BCBA, you will manage your own caseload, driving high-quality care and strong outcomes for clients, conduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs based on ABA principles, provide quality leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to RBTs, partner with other senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming, facilitate parent training and support families, provide continuing education to employees and communities, promote the organization's values and hold others accountable, serve as a liaison between the organization and various stakeholders, and continuously seek knowledge and pursue excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis.
