5+ years of backend development experience with Typescript/NodeJS, Python or Go
Experience working on high-scale distributed systems and proficiency in code architecture and design
Versatile end-to-end technical experience, spanning from OS level through application and cloud, to CI/CD
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of independently exploring, proposing, and implementing well-thought-out solutions
