Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
4+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong Backend Programming Skills (Python and Go)
General Understanding of Containers and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
Track record of strong execution and ability to drive work from ideation to successful implementation
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly
Attention to detail around user experience and customer needs
Growth mindset and a motivation to grow

Responsibilities

Design and influence decisions that affect our backend architecture for scalable, AI-powered healthcare solutions
Be a part of a fast-paced team and make decisions quickly
Work across the entire technology stack, including Python, Go, FastAPI, Flask, and other frameworks
Lead technical planning and execution for new features
Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
Mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to translate requirements into UI solutions
Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily
