Requirements

Candidates must possess extensive experience in C++ and/or Rust, along with experience in Python and SQL. They should have experience in multithreading, network programming, performance benchmarking and tuning, and a basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and distributed systems. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate an innate curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies, and a pragmatic approach to developing clean solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

The Senior Back-End Engineer will build low latency, scalable, and highly performant trading services in Rust, including Order Management System (OMS), exchange gateways, and risk management systems. They will enhance and maintain OMS functionality, ensuring efficient order execution and management, and contribute to a fast-paced engineering team focused on improving cutting-edge systems. The role involves being at the forefront of the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem, building new financial services and architecture, ensuring security through advanced encryption, and working closely with other tech teams to deliver high-quality products and improve performance.
