Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate operating companies (REOCs), markets, and assets, managing communication with REOCs, boards, and capital partners. Responsibilities include collecting and synthesizing feedback, leading quarterly asset and debt valuation, participating in market surveillance, reviewing financial data, coordinating data collection for dashboards, and supporting the preparation of investment fund and REOC annual business plans. The role also involves updating operating company financial models, contributing to research on market fundamentals and macroeconomic trends, and assisting in new business development efforts.
