- JD from ABA accredited law school and admitted to relevant state bar
- 4-6 years full-time employment in top-tier law firm or in-house environment
- Experience in all phases of litigation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and writing skills
- Demonstrates leadership skills and strategic focus

Responsibilities
- Developing case strategy in partnership with business units and driving resolution of litigation disputes
- Managing outside counsel
- Reviewing and approving pleadings and motions, and attending court hearings and depositions
- Coordinating discovery, including collection and production of materials
- Providing legal advice to business functions on a wide variety of pre-litigation issues arising from business-as-usual activities
- Keeping Visa management and business units apprised of litigation developments and strategy
