Responsibilities

Contribute to hands-on development, enhancement, and maintenance of data models and ELT processes using Python, dbt, and Snowflake within a data mesh architecture
Play a pivotal role in delivering key analytics projects efficiently and effectively
Ensure data quality and governance in project work, maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the organizational data model
Collaborate with global teams to understand requirements and create scalable, modular data products supporting strategic goals
Mentor and work closely with junior individual contributors, sharing knowledge and best practices
Participate in monitoring, optimization, and innovation of data pipelines
