Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Business, related technical or business field, or equivalent work experience
4-5 years of applicable experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role
4-5 years of experience with cloud database tools, such as Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake or similar
4-5 years of experience with SQL
4-5 years of experience with spreadsheet tools, such as Google Sheets or Excel
Strong understanding of reporting requirements
Experience with querying databases to explore and validate data
Proficient in SQL, database schema, and database tables
Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and track data sources across portfolios
Strong documentation skills for project status, data flows, and business processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact across organizational levels and regions, translating business and technical findings
Motivated self-starter able to work remotely

Understanding of the Payments industry or Financial Reporting (plus)
Experience with modeling tools, such as Lucid (plus)

Coordinate with reporting teams to identify critical data to capture and report on
Build relationships with SMEs across the enterprise to identify data sources for reporting requirements
Understand, document, and communicate complex business processes to technical and reporting teams
Coordinate with technical teams to consolidate data in the data lake
Partner with Tech and Data Management teams to ensure data is transmitted and stored appropriately for BI data models and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business processes and identify data sources
Work with the BI team to understand business requirements and document results
Other responsibilities as assigned
