Responsibilities

  • Monitor site and ensure item compliance with established policies, rules and guidelines
  • Triage items and listings, including escalating items or rule issues, taking action on products, or providing feedback to improve or enhance rules, tools or processes
  • Review and investigate item reports for gaps, trends or developing risks, including analysis of internal item data reports or cases, reviewing other sites or news for item trends, or working on annotations with machine learning models
  • Analyze and audit rules to support Business and Compliance policies, including working on rule logic to enforce site policies, identifying gaps and areas for rule enhancements and optimization, troubleshooting and analyzing data to identify the root cause of an issue, or analyzing results to measure effectiveness of rules
  • Support in process documentation, report generation, or coordinating implementation of new item risk initiatives, processes or workflows
