Requirements

5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or related cybersecurity role
Demonstrated expertise with enterprise security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management)
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat intelligence
Experience leading incident investigations and providing executive-level reporting
Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Ability to travel – international travel up to 10% per year

Responsibilities

Lead investigations of complex security incidents, determining root cause, impact, and remediation actions
Serve as an escalation point for junior analysts during incident response activities
Oversee continuous monitoring of security events, ensuring timely detection and response aligned to organizational SLAs
Lead and coordinate security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, NGFW, and related technologies
Strengthen and advance the protection of digital assets and sensitive data against evolving cyber threats
Lead security monitoring, incident response, and risk management efforts while mentoring junior analysts
Partner with business and IT leaders to design and implement effective security measures, ensure compliance with industry standards, and proactively anticipate and mitigate threats
