The annual salary range is $105,080.00 to $116,750.00, commensurate with experience, and the position is eligible for a potential incentive.
This is a hybrid role.
The role requires exceptional analytical skills in quantitative and policy analysis, strong written and oral communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and familiarity with regulatory processes and energy policy analysis.
A bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, or related discipline is required, with a graduate degree preferred. Five plus years of experience conducting socioeconomic analysis to support policy development in a dynamic stakeholder environment is also required.
Crucial for success is the ability to synthesize complex analytical issues into clear problem statements and strategic solutions, then communicate that synthesis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
