Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry
  • Expertise in asset transfer processes, particularly managed funds and listed securities
  • Solid understanding of domestic and international securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets
  • Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and cost base requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Experience with WRAP / Super platforms (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned transition cases from start to finish
  • Coordinate asset transfers with external parties including fund managers, registries, and advisers
  • Validate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage asset valuations and accurately import cost base details
  • Communicate effectively with advisers and stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes
