Generally, working hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for 2nd or 3rd shift support depending on business needs.
Candidates must be based in one of the following locations: New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Tempe, Sunnyvale and able to travel pending the needs of the business, with required bi-yearly trips for team on-sites.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, managing technical complexities, provisioning user access across platforms like OKTA, Salesforce, Jira, performing compliance audits, troubleshooting identity issues, and leading process improvements with SOPs and automation.
You will be part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team within the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization, reporting to the Strategic Planning & Execution Manager.
A strong candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, with high ownership, strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and confidence in managing technical complexities like identity platforms and compliance audits.
