Strong candidates will have 7+ years in analog CMOS IC design, an advanced EE degree, experience with transistor-level design of analog blocks like ADCs and oscillators, knowledge of mixed-signal trade-offs, CAD tools proficiency, lab instrument experience, and traits like strong analytical skills and self-motivation.
